By accessing or using CLIC (clicrank.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
CLIC is an AI Search Engine Optimization (AISEO) analysis tool that scans websites and provides visibility scores, audit reports, and recommendations. The service includes free and paid tiers with varying features.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use CLIC only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to scan websites for the purpose of causing harm, attempt to overload or disrupt the service, use automated scripts to make excessive scan requests beyond published rate limits, resell or redistribute scan results without attribution to CLIC, or use the service to replicate CLIC's proprietary scoring algorithms.
CLIC scans only publicly accessible website content. By submitting a URL, you confirm that scanning this URL does not violate any agreement you have with the website owner.
Free Tier
The free tier of CLIC is provided at no cost with usage limits. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time. The free tier is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability or accuracy.
Paid Services
CLIC Starter is a one-time audit service. By purchasing, you authorize a single charge through Razorpay. CLIC Pro and CLIC Business are subscription services billed monthly.
Cancellation: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refund Policy: CLIC Starter audit purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY if the delivered audit report contains materially inaccurate data, such as incorrect scoring due to a technical error on our end, a report generated for the wrong website, or a report that fails to deliver the promised analysis (CLIC Score, 6-dimension breakdown, AI visibility testing, and specific recommendations). Refunds are NOT available if you simply disagree with the scores or recommendations, if the audit was delivered successfully with all promised components, or if your website's scores are lower than expected. To request a refund, email hello@clicrank.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and a description of the inaccuracy. Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
Delivery Guarantee: CLIC Starter audits are delivered to your dashboard within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. If your audit is not delivered within 60 minutes, contact hello@clicrank.com and you will receive either a re-run of the audit or a full refund at your choice.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price change takes effect.
Accuracy and Limitations
CLIC scores and recommendations are generated through automated analysis and AI-powered testing. While we strive for accuracy, scores are indicative and not guaranteed to be perfectly precise, AI visibility results depend on real-time AI platform behavior which changes frequently, recommendations are suggestions not guaranteed fixes, and CLIC is a diagnostic tool not a guarantee of search engine performance. We continuously improve our scoring algorithms based on feedback and testing.
Intellectual Property
The CLIC Score methodology, scoring algorithms, and report formats are proprietary to CLIC. You may share your own scan results publicly, but you may not replicate, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the underlying scoring system. Scan reports generated for your websites are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit.
Data and Privacy
Your use of CLIC is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
CLIC is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
